We just loved the happy colors on this layout. The photo is adorable, and is perfectly embellished with the use of the chevron strips of paper & simply, but beautifully clustered elements. Her use of the dot paper on the background and the paper strips moved my eye right to the photo! Her little border cluster just makes us smile. We love little details like that!
