12 Month Professional Use license.
By purchasing this license, it is giving you the right to use my designs in your small business for 12 months. This license does NOT include the actual products themselves.
All graphics and all products you are purchasing licenses for are protected by copyright laws and are the property of Lindsay Jane Designs and are licensed to you to use in your small business, they are NOT sold to you, and they are NOT your property and NOT your designs.
You MAY NOT use coupon codes, gift certificates or any discounts while purchasing this product. If you do, it will violate the terms of this license and the license will become void.
By purchasing this license you agree to adhere to these terms as follows:
• Use for photography or other small business (including cards, invitations, crafts, or announcements);
• The finished design is supplied in a flattened JPG or PNG format (if provided digitally), or printed;
• The product must be in quantities of less than 200
Under the terms of this license, you MAY use my products...
• to create custom invitations and cards for your clients ONLY if they receive final, flattened versions of the product in either JPG or PNG formats.
• in web design or blog design projects for a single personal website (no commercial use allowed and no business websites allowed, and this includes other digital scrapbooking designers and stores). A separate license is required for each separate website that my products are used in. Proper credit must be given somewhere easily visible on the site (i.e. in the footer) to the effect of "Graphics created by Lindsay Jane Designs."
Under the terms of this license, you MAY NOT use any of my products...
• to make any sort of digital or print scrapbooking products whether it is for sale or given as free (freebies) - this includes papers/paper packs, kits, embellishments/elements, templates, product previews, any sort of promotional products, professional web design/professional blog design.
• to claim as your own, either in altered format or in existing format.
• to print products out as is and sell or give as free in individual printed format.
• to make quickpages or quickpage albums for sale or for free.
• to make logos, business cards, or other business branding and likewise materials.
