Hi everyone!! I’m so thrilled to be a part of the PBP Design Team! My name is Jill and I create under the name Created by Jill (catchy right?). I’ve been a stay-at-home mom to two daughters (15 and 17) for the past 18 years and recently went back into the workforce part-time. I’m originally from the DC area and through work and marriage have lived in San Diego, Myrtle Beach, Dallas, Israel and Virginia. We currently live (via hubby transfer) in Louisiana (but only until my 15 year old graduates high school…then I’ll be leaving for another adventure!)

My first passion is, what else…DESIGNING! Over the past two years my style has evolved into what I have coined Fusion. There have been a lot of significant emotional events over the past 18 months which have been the force behind many of my collections. Turning 50, my oldest daughter leaving for college at 16 just to name a few.

Most of the kits and collections you will find in my store have a wonderful mix of traditional and mixed media papers, elements and accents that can be used to create traditional AND more artsy mixed media/art journaling pages. Don’t be afraid to create outside of your comfort zone! You’d be amazed at what you can do! (you’ll also find a few that are a bit more traditional….either way…I know you’ll have a ball creating!)

My second passion is being a Zumba Instructor…and while I’m not a fitness buff, nor do I have a dance background (AT ALL!) it’s something I’ve been doing for the past 3 years! I absolutely LOVE that hour of my day where I can shut the world out and just have a ball with my students! The smiles on their faces at the end of my classes are priceless!
