REGiNAFALANGO (Manuella)
We’re happy to introduce our next Our Gal Friday to you! I am reginafalango / aka Manuella, I have been a designer for 9 years. i have a husband and 3 children and cats. I have degrees in business management, financial analysis, Marketing, communication and human behavior. but I can be called a “manual brain.” I love to build things or build people, motivate people, help them create on their own, think for themselves, and make their dreams come true. Laughter is my lifeblood so I laugh at everything. When I create a collection, I draw it from my memories, smells, images or a song. I often say that I don’t make scrapbook kits, I create atmospheres, always different, I can’t do the same thing twice. I don’t really have a personal style, I like to do “spectacular things” – inventing stories, mixing genres. There is always a modern part in my vintage kits and a touch of vintage in my modern kits. If you visit my shop, you will find joke pigs, nosy mice, grumpy gnomes, a too vain rabbit and her shy lover, as well as romantic stories, wild natures or forgotten letters. Once the collections have been unloaded, you will find there, water or earth or ashes, fabrics or ink. I like to bring a “physical” dimension to the virtual drawing. It almost was the start of a love story …
In the street, I ate a cake (oriental with very filling semolina), my mouth full, my arms loaded with shopping, I twisted my ankle and fell violently, dragging a passer-by to the ground and landing on top of him. I burst out laughing, spitting my cake in his face …
If you could set a rule for one day and everyone has to follow it, what would it be?
Laugh at everything all the time! It’s an order.

My name is Charlotte aka Tizote 59. I am 38 years old. I live in the north of France with my husband and my 11 year old daughter. I work as a commercial assistant in a construction company. I discovered digital scrapbooking when my daughter was born ,because I was looking for a nice way to keep all her photos. My style is clustering, like a pretty bouquet of flowers.

| If you could compare yourself with any animal, which would it be and why? My daughter compares me to a sloth because when I’m at home I like to rest and take my time. And I like this animal, I find it so cute! Are you a morning person or a night owl? I am in the morning, when I am not working I usually wake up at 6 am, I cannot sleep any longer. And in the evening I always end up falling asleep in front of the TV at 9:30 p.m.! Do you have any pets? I have a dog that is too cute but he makes pig noises! And a goldfish, my daughter called him Jean-Marie, I never understood why … What’s the last thing you watched on tv? The phenomenal series Squid Game , I loved it. What Disney character are you most like? I love Tinker Bell, and especially the wonderful world in which she lives. |
