Thanks to each of you that continue to support our Ukrainian designers, Jasmin-Olya Designs & TirAmisu Design. I know that so many of you wonder how they are doing, so I’ll give you another quick update.

Jasmin-Olya and her son arrived in Prague and are currently living in a hostel, but look forward to moving into an apartment before too long. She needs to secure a job so that she can afford the expenses of apartment. I told her of the amazing support she’d received in her shop this month, and she wanted me to pass on her gratitude for your continued generosity. It will help make it possible for she and her son to move into an apartment sooner! Misha started his first school classes, and they will both be studying to learn Czech. I know she never imagined this being her life right now, but she’s seeing some positive things happening, and grateful to feel any kind of normalcy.

Natalie of TirAmisu design is still in Odessa with her family. She continues to volunteer at an animal shelter, and has recently rescued a darling little cat that was abandoned by a family fleeing the war. Phoebe (named after the character on friends) is deaf and has two different colored eyes, but has already found her way into the heart of Natalie’s family. We can see why from the darling photo below!

In spite of the threat and frightening actions in her area, Natalie hosted one of our GDSO Challenges last week and still finds time to design. I’m sure it’s a nice break to focus on something besides the war. It has been a huge emotional strain on their entire family. She too, is very appreciative of the generous support from the digi community.

We appreciate your continued support for these wonderful designers during this unbelievably difficult time. We hope you will continue to support them by buying their products. Click the links below to visit their shops.
