Hello, I’m Anna from Indigo Designs by Anna. I am 28, I’m married and live in the suburbs with my husband, grandmother and 5 cute cats. I really love scrapbooking because it allows me to keep precious memories alive and bright, express feelings, create a mood for loved ones and just give joy to others. I am very grateful to all those who help me realize and bring my ideas to life, those who give me a chance to share my work with others, as well as all those who support me throughout my creative journey.

DESiGNER Q & A
Do you ever redesign your older kits to match your current style?
Yes, sometimes I recycle some of my old kits to make them better and more solid, but more often than not, something completely new and not like the original product comes out in the process.
Mac or PC?
All the time I work only on a PC, since I really love the familiar environment, I can’t even imagine that the work area and the usual arrangement of files and programs will be changed. This is probably one of my biggest nightmares while working.
What is your design process?
For me, design is something alive. Part of my soul. Each collection or each page is a piece of my experiences and emotions for each specific moment.
What is the hardest part of being a designer?
The most difficult thing is to look for inspiration in circumstances when it seems that the whole world that you know is about to collapse.
Aside from designing, what do you like to do?
I enjoy reading. I am an avid reader. I can read absolutely any book, but most of all I like fantasy, with different romantic and intricate plots. My special passion is reading real paper books. To smell of fresh paper and ink.
What part of the design process do you enjoy the most?
Most of all I love to develop the concept of a new collection сhoose a motive and also think about colors and how they can be used. And the second part, no less beloved by me, is the design of the preview. It’s always interesting to put everything together.
