Hi, I am Edneia and I started in 2011 designing for digital scrapbook. I am from Brazil, married, I have two daughters and two kittens. I started designing kits and now also design templates. I have an eclectic style. I like the traditional style, paper and illustrations, but I also use some realistic elements. I love how there are so many possibilities for playing in digital scrapbook.

DESiGNER Q & A

How did you become a designer?

I discovered digital scrapbooking through a forum for mothers, pregnant women and babies. I saw beautiful signatures, scrapbook pages and started to study what it was. I’m amazed. This was in 2010 when I was pregnant with my youngest. I started learning how to use photoshop, watching tutorials and started creating my own kits. In 2011, a few months after my daughter was born, I was already selling my products in a local store.

What does a typical day look like for you?

My typical days are full of activities. I work on my computer while doing all the housework, meals, etc.

When is your favorite time of day the day to design?

In the morning, your head and eyes are rested.

What product in your shop are you most proud of and why?

I love “Embrace your Weirdness” I think I identify with the theme.

Do you have any favorite themes?

My favorites are about memories, photographs and feminine.

What is one thing that you want to learn and incorporate into your designs?

I always look forward to having more self-made elements in my projects. And I’m studying new tools to be able to incorporate new elements into my designs.
