Meet Neia!

Hi, I’m Neia, the designer behind Neia Scraps. I live in Brazil and I’m married, balancing my days between design and family life. Scrapbooking is my full-time work, and when I’m not creating, I’m usually taking care of my home, cooking, or spending time with my family. I love traveling, watching series, and especially reading — I always have a book going. And somewhere in the middle of it all, I’m also the very dedicated “servant” to my cat, Amber. Creativity is part of my everyday life, and I enjoy creating pieces that feel balanced, simple, and easy to use in real projects.

DESiGNER Q & A

If your design style had a personality, how would you describe it?

I’d call it Quietly Chaotic. Calm, a little dreamy, and full of tiny details. On the surface, it feels soft and simple — but behind the scenes, there’s always that urge to add just one more thing. I’m constantly balancing between “this is enough” and “okay, maybe just one more”… and that’s basically my process.

Tell us which of your products in your shop is your most favorite and why?

I chose my Through the Lens collection because it was such a joy to create. I wanted to bring together a mix of elements a little bit playful, a little bit nostalgic and I completely fell in love with this color palette along the way.

It includes a mix of papers, textures, and detailed elements that work beautifully together but are also easy to use on their own. You know when you have a vision in your head, and then you finish the preview and think… “yes, this is exactly it”? This was one of those moments.
