MEET THE DESiGNER!

Hi, I’m Erika, the designer behind et designs. I live in Prague, a city I truly love, and I enjoy exploring Europe whenever I can. I’m more of a city traveler, but I am also deeply appreciative of nature and quiet moments outdoors. Outside of design, I spend time at the gym, love listening to podcasts about nutrition and psychology, and I’m slightly obsessed with baking. Lately, I’ve been baking sourdough bread the most, but I never say no to something sweet. I also enjoy watching documentaries about space, there’s something humbling and inspiring about the universe. Creativity is a big part of my everyday life, whether I’m designing, baking, or simply finding beauty in small, ordinary moments.

DESiGNER Q & A

How did you fall down the digital scrapbooking rabbit hole—and what made you stay?

I fell into digital scrapbooking very naturally. It started as a creative escape and a way to capture everyday moments. At first it was simple curiosity and the joy of playing with photos and papers.

What made me stay is that there is always something new to explore. I love trying new techniques and experimenting with trends. Even after a kit is finished, I enjoy creating layouts with it and refining details, sometimes realizing what is missing or what could be better.

But more than anything, it is the people. The messages from customers and seeing layouts in galleries made with my kits truly mean the world to me. That feeling never gets old.

Digital scrapbooking challenges me creatively, and at the same time it feels like home.

What is your favorite product in your shop… and why?

My favorite right now is Whispered Stories: It’s soft, emotional, and timeless. The blues and warm neutrals feel calm and meaningful, perfect for everyday memories that deserve to be told quietly.
