I went looking for some inspiration the yesterday and I found some "Cool Photo Effects for Digital Scrappers". YES, just that! I'm really new to PSE so I'm always looking at tutorials for fun stuff. Here's what I found this week. The best part? It's for PS CS6... a LONG time ago. But I was able to recreate it in PSE! Yay me!
