The journalling says...While it is hard to say.... this is a moment of total relaxation. Hayden is in respite care and we are able to become, for a short time, a normal family.

This moment needs to be bottled so that we can draw on it in moments when rest, relaxation and destressing are required. The children need to remember this moment so that they can savour the times when they do not have to fight for attention over Haydens behavioural and medical needs.
