My roommate and I attended the ball with Regina as the Cadet Commander's partner and I was the Cadet Executive Officer's date. 1st and 2nd in the chain of command. Bill was Regina's boyfriend and I had been in the service so I knew the protocols and etiquette, It was our job to show the sweethearts and future wives of the cadets what it meant to be an military spouse or in the service and how to behave at these types of events. It was so fun and a no-brianer for either of us. I knew the Army and Regina's father was retired from the Navy. It was a lovely night!
