Wow! This was really a challenge. I chose version 2. It took quite a while to think of something that I could put the letters on and then to chose them and fit them in to keep the shape. These are my youngest daughter and her family when they visited my middle daughter in Florida in Nov. of 2020. Since we live near the cold waters of the Pacific they really enjoyed the warm waters of the Gulf and spent lots of time playing in the sand at the beaches.

I used pieces from LOTS of kits and I also used lots of fonts (Albertho, Abraham Lincoln, dearJoe4, Beyond The Mountains, American Typewriter, Liam, Bebas Neue Rounded, Victor Script, Fierce, Bring Heart, and Chalkduster). A few of the font characters were warped to fit better into the castle.
