About a half an hour from Lake George, NY is a lavender farm. It's a charming property with a field of gorgeous lavender. It's actually the only lavender farm in the Adirondacks! Sadly this year they weren't able to open the field to the public as the weather wasn't kind to the lavender plants this year but typically this 200-year-old farmstead features about four million flowers on roughly five thousand English & French lavender plants. The lavender plants make for stunning photography, and of course helps support the bee population.
