My oldest DD with a special "up-do" and glittery goodness from Libby-Loo. Journaling reads "As you get older, Im sure well have many opportunities to talk about everything going on in your life... you know... girl talk. For now, though, Id like to just keep you young. You are eight for goodness sake. Age doesnt matter to you, though. You are so interested in fashion and makeup and your hair. It must be hard for you at times, because I am a little bit of a tomboy. I like T-shirts and basketball shorts. I only wear a little bit of makeup, and Im most comfortable with my hair in a ponytail. I think it might surprise you to know, though, that I wasnt always like this. When I was in middle school and high school, I was quite the fashionista. I was just like you... 100% Girly Girl!"
