The Beauty of Fall
Journaling:

Old Salem
Winston-Salem,
NC.
2006

We decided to take a family stroll through Old Salem, which is an older part of town. It is an old settlement and has been well preserved. There are still residents of this quaint section of town but mostly they just are there to show off their old buildings. There are a few who still practice trades such as blacksmithing, bakery, glass blowing and candlemaking. It is a beautiful part of town anyways but this day was particularly beautiful. The signs of seasons change was upon us and it couldn't have been more breathtaking.

OMG I have almost the same photos from last year, at Old Salem. LOL I live here, so I often enjoyed strolling thru the leaf-filled streets and enjoying the relaxation of the old town, and of course, a trip to the bakery. LOL What a beautiful layout, showcasing your gorgeous fall photos. Your photos capture the beauty and serene feeling of Old Salem. Wonderful job.
