I have certainly walked a good distance since I got my eliptical trainer, and thats just on there, it doesnt even begin to count the many steps I take each and every single day. But each one of those steps and kilometres is paying off! To date I am 14.7 kilograms (32.4 pounds/2.3 stones) lighter, most certainly much fitter, healthier and happier to boot, and that quite plain and simply has got to be good! 1/5/2008
