Every year we take time out of our hectic end of year schedule to witness the arrival of Santa into Papakura. It is a very low key local event but none the less it is loved by all those who stand and cheer including my boys big and small.

For us the boys are the enthusiastic viewers and McKenzie, obvious by her absence from the photo, was not so keen this year and certainly did not want her photo taken.

I foresee us attending this event for many years to come because Hayden has really just got to grips with the whole Santa thing this year.

Long may the magic of Christmas reign in our house.
