For this layout, I used one of the stacked papers from the Designs by Laura Burgers kit They Grow. I added some elements from the kit as well. For the striped frame, I clipped one of the papers to the white frame. I also clipped paper to the title text to make the letters stand out. Find They Grow here at PBP.
