We were married for 45 years and were so close .. our fellow diners at the local cafe called us "The Team" .. and we were.
I used one page by Ditab designs, 2 words from Natalie designs, 7 elements from Palvinka and the template by TirAmisa .. I made it smaller and turned it so that it looked a bit like a heart. I also copied one of the stitches in the word LOVE and made it into the MY so that they matched.

Great job on the challenge. I love the stitched title and how you have framed the small photo.
