Journaling: This year we celebrated Christmas Eve by cooking an Eastern European themed dinner: we started with an Ajvar cheese spread served with pita crackers and bruschetta, along with sprats and cheese; for dinner we made braised cabbagle with beef, bought frozen pelmeni’s and made a butter sauce and made garlic pampushkis. For dessert we made a russian napolean. Everything was so delicious!
