Some of our dear friends cruised with us to Hawaii and one of our stops was in Hilo. From there we toured a number of places, including a stop at Rainbow Falls. Unfortunately, that day it was overcast at best and raining often. To get a rainbow you need 2 things… we had water, but we were missing sunshine.
