MEMORIES OF THE HEART
Some would call what I do “a hobby.” Or perhaps, my “creative outlet.” But after a lifetime of recording my family history through photography, this is how I document the stories that go with the photos - through digital scrapbooking. It is challenging, fulfilling and rewarding. And it calms my soul during stressful times. But most importantly, because these are digital scrapbook pages, I can print and share my pages with my family as many times as desired. I can print out single pages and/or create books with as many pages as I’d like. My children and grandchildren enjoy receiving a stack of pages every year at Christmas to add to their personal scrapbooks. They love it, and so do I. So, as long as there are stories to document, I will continue creating digital family history scrapbook pages.
