Another Halloween Challenge!...SWEET!...Can't Get Enough Of Halloween! Layouts!...This Time Around We Have To Scrap About A Family Member/Friend Etc...I Chose Family Member...My MOM! To Be Exact!...Even My MOM! Loved! Halloween!...In This Particular Instance It Was 1995 & She Was Dressed Up As A Mad Cow!...It Was Funny Then!...Not Sure About Now!...So I Decided To Have Some Fun With The Photo!...Remember Non-Digital!...I Have Her Severed Head Center Front Of The Layout & I Added The Witch Hat! & The Big Googly! Eyes That Are Included In The Bundle!...& I Added Some Torn Paper For Extra Effect!...Hee! Hee! Hee!.....Then Proceeded To Add All Of The Spooky! Halloween Elements! That I Could Collage Together To Accent Her Featured Spooky Head!...BOO!...YA!...Happy Halloween!...Everyone!!!...
