This is another one of the many wonderful photos I found of my mom when she was younger. She is about 20 in this particular shot that was taken at a friend's wedding (I think she's a bridesmaid).
I used PhotoBlast's Pro Platnium action to clean up what was a rather blah photo
Journaling reads: There are so many things that I miss about you mom. From our daily chats on the phone about anything and everything to your no nonsense, straight forward way of taking on the world, you were someone I looked up to. Nothing was too difficult for you. You raised me after dad died and I think you gave up so much just to be sure I had a good life. Your sacrifices never went unnoticed by me, and I thank you for all you did. You helped me raise my kids as well. I leaned on you more than I knew and now that you are not here I truly miss all that we had.
