What a beautiful page - I love the journaling and understand your feelings. Nobody likes to be dependent on someone in old age or to have to accept help. It's great to have a daughter you can count on. Thank you for telling us about it and thank you for taking part in my challenge.
What a beautiful tribute to your daughter, Broomy. My mum is starting to lose her independence and health too, and like you, she worries about 'bothering' me. After a lifetime of nurturing and caring for me, it's a blessing to be able to give some of that back. I'm sure your daughter feels the same. xoxo
