The journaling says....Rotorua is a unique place. It is dominated by geothermal activity. The first thing you notice is the smell. Yes the terrible pong of rotting eggs or scientifically known as sulfur..
It is enough to really get up your nose. You also see boiling mud and geysers, can go swimming in geothermally heated pool set into the forest. Wow nature is amazing.
