RECIPE – PDC’s (Pretty Darn Cutes) (Pie Dough Cookies)
Leftover pie dough
Butter
Brown sugar
Cinnamon sugar
1. Roll dough into rectangle about 1/4”-1/8” thick.
2. Spread with softened butter.
3. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon sugar.
4. Roll up like a jelly roll; cute into rounds.
5. Bake on parchment-lined baking sheet at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
(Amounts and yield depend on how much pie dough is leftover)
