REMEMBER THIS MOMENT - Autumn is my favorite color

On this day . . . 19 Oct 2007 - One of our most favorite things to do in the Fall is to take family photos when the leaves are changing in Flagstaff. We usually drive up and stay the night then get up very early the next morning for the best light for photos.

On this day, we got a late start and by the time we got out the sun was up and the light was harsh. We tried to take our photos in the shade but that wasn’t working well. To make matters worse, I had trouble with my camera and I wasn’t happy with how the photos were turning out. On the way home we drove the scenic route through Oak Creek Canyon and Sedona. By then the sky was overcast and the light was better for our photos. This photo is a favorite of mine. This is little Adam, age 13m.
