This is my entry for this month's layout challenge and does not look anything like the original layout! LOL..... But it was certainly "inspired" by the layout!

I've changed my avatar so thought I'd put together a layout with the only pictures of me taken this year. My "prop" is Coco, the dog Mum and Dad saved from a refuge.

Journalling reads:
It took a long time to earn your trust. As a badly abused puppy at one year you trusted noone. On our first visit you let the girls pat you but not me. For one week I tried to entice you crawling around on the floor talking and joking with you. You wanted to play but did not trust me yet. I couldn't get close to you. Then after one week, on the last night, as I sat watching television you ran up and nipped me on the socks a few times as if to say "Let's play!". It was 6 months later on another visit before you let me finally pat you. Well that was many years ago now. Today well I reckon we are just great friends.
