My mother-in-law Mary was known to have a good sense of humor & to enjoy a good joke. What made her so funny was that sometimes she didn't "get" a joke until much later than when she heard it. She was known to wake up in the middle of the night laughing because she finally "got" a joke. We actually heard her do this on more than one occasion. I'm sure my father-in-law heard her delayed laughter a lot more times than we did. This is just one of the many things we remember about her.
