password for downloads?

I am having a problem downloading the freebie, it says a password is required but none is given. I have noticed I am having this issue on a couple of other sites with 4 square, one of the other designers said they didn't assign a password.

I cleared my cache and that didn't help. And....it is in all 3 browsers, firefox, chrome, and ie. It sounds like it is a 4 square problem.
Anyone know how to get around this issue or fix it. :boohoo:
