I made the fans by making the first strip, duplicating and flipping it to get the "v" of corrugated paper then duplicating it umpteen times to make a long strip and using PSE's Polar Cordinates to make a cirlcle. Then adding two more and blending them to make the full size fan .. Oh, and adding a "fluffy" edge with brushes. The masks are "mouse" made too.
