All products in the shop are of a downloadable nature, and are provided in compressed/zipped (.zip) format. This file format will require a program such as Winzip to unpack or uncompress them. The reason for this is not only to try and keep the size of the files as small as possible for download, but also to neatly contain the content of your download in the one file/s. You can download a free trial of Winzip from http://www.winzip.com, or if your operating system is Windows XP, you should have an inbuilt uncompress option when right-clicking on the file.
All downloadable products will be available for twelve (12) days after payment has been received. Should you have any problems downloading your products, please email us. If you use Paypal to pay for your items they will be available for download immediately after your payment has been processed. If you pay for your items via Direct Deposit (Australian customers only) they will be available for download as soon as possible after your payment has cleared. Please allow 3-4 working days for the funds to be cleared and your order to be processed.
As the products in the shop are of a downloadable nature, no postage/shipping will be added to your order. However, if you require your order to be placed on CD and posted to you, please ensure that your order our CD Burning service, which is available to residents in Australia, the United States, and Canada.
If you purchase the CD Burning service as part of your order, be sure to purchase the correct option for your location. Postage/shipping is included in the price when ordering the CD Burning service, and there will be no extra charge once you have purchased this service. All items will be posted via regular post and Pickleberrypop cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during postage.
