During the pandemic my husband was supposed to go on an Honor Flight which had to be cancelled. In 2023 he finally got to go and was particularly looking forward to seeing “The Wall” and seeing if he could find the names of friends who did not make it home from Viet Nam like he did. My daughter who went with him as his “guardian” took most of the pictures and he is in most of them so I extracted him from a different picture where she shot him taking a photo of a different memorial at Arlington National Cemetery. I felt it pulled together the story of this trip and his memories from that war.
