8 plus....I eat healthy and exercise 5 days a week. I'm a diet controlled diabetic.
I have been for 10 years and so I have to be health conscious, as I never want to have to take medication.

Turquoise is my favorite color (like shades of the ocean). I love to pair it with a deep orange!

Do you have any pets?

Dang, that could be a long list. It's not that I dreamed of doing this, but seriously...I live in Utah, and I've never been skiing. That's not gonna change at this point :p

What is your favorite Christmas Tradition?

My favorite Christmas tradition is my family opening one gift on Christmas Eve, and then the kids choose a Disney movie and we make popcorn and hot chocolate and watch it together before bed. This year I wondered if they would still want to do it, because they're all nearly grown (18, 17 and 13) but my oldest sent me a text from college the other day reminding me to make sure I had popcorn and to get peppermint hot chocolate for her, LOL. So I guess our tradition is safe another year :)

What is your favorite snack to much on while scrapping?

Love your tradition, @southernmother !

I have come to the point where scrapping is a food free zone!! I used to love peanut butter M&M's! I'm so glad to have broken that habit!! I have to stop the sugar habit!

How is 2020 going for you so far?

We're 11 days in, and I'm alive grin If I'm honest, it's been interesting :p My uncle died, so we made a quick trip to a funeral in Oregon (bright side is that I saw lots of family members I hadn't seen for more than a year). My middle daughter and her kids have been sick, and then her hubby hit a deer with their car last week....and my oldest daughter's home is under contract, so that means they're moving to Oklahoma within a few weeks.

Lol, having said all of that, it's still been a pretty great year so far. I'm looking for the silver lining....lots of trips to see grandkids in Oklahoma, reunions with relatives, kids & grandkids feeling better....and we're gonna meet grandchild #12 in April :))) I'd say that's a pretty great year. Now if only I could find more time to design grin

How many times a week do you exercise?

Growing up in a family with no athletes, I never exercised as a kid. When I became a young adult, I trained to teach an aerobics class and then taught several classes throughout that time. My husband and I used to spend tons of time in the gym (from 4-6 am) before work, but when kids came along, it became difficult to be so dedicated. Since I've struggled with weight issues my whole life, I've tried to keep regular exercise in my life in some way. The years that I wasn't so dedicated are the years I would gain a substantial amount of weight. I've been more dedicated to exercising over the last 4-5 months.....So, to answer your question, I currently exercise about five days a week. Either walking 3-5 miles or going to the gym and doing 60 min of cardio (usually cycling and eliptical).

Do you do volunteer work? If so, what kind?
