It is giving you the right to use ONE of my designs in your small business for ONE CALENDAR YEAR (from the date of purchase).
YOU MUST purchase a separate license for EACH PRODUCT that you would like to use in your business.
This license does NOT include the actual products themselves.

During the checkout process, please list in the comments section the product(s) you are purchasing the license(s) for.
All graphics and all products you are purchasing licenses for are protected by copyright laws and are the property of Tiramisu Design and are licensed to you to use in your small business, they are NOT sold to you, and they are NOT your property and NOT your designs.

You MAY NOT use coupon codes, gift certificates or any discounts while purchasing this product. If you do, it will violate the terms of this license and the license will become void.

By purchasing this license you agree to adhere to these terms as follows:
• Use of a single product per license purchased for your photography or other small business (including cards, invitations, crafts, or announcements);
• The finished design is supplied in a flattened JPG or PNG format (if provided digitally), or printed;

Under the terms of this license
* YOU MAY create layouts or other craft items for clients to be delivered to the client in printed or flattened .jpg form.

* YOU MAY use my designs for an "online" scrap for hire business including online stores like Etsy.com or online auctions like Ebay.com

*YOU MAY create one page, card, invite etc… and sell it to multiple clients.

*YOU MAY use my designs to create quick pages for sale at any online store, blog, or auction sites.

* Your client MUST NOT recieve the layered version of the layout or individual elements.

* You MAY NOT use my quickpages in your Scrap for Hire work.
