Here's my second try for this challenge. In Artisan 6, I used Distortion Filter, Swirl, Rotation Angle 10 on the frames and the hearts. I can't say that I love this technique, but I suspect it is me. And I need a lot more practice!

Gorgeous page, Diane - I like the beautiful photos and all the circles with the different papers.
