ONLINE STORES AND ONLINE AUCTIONS

By purchasing this license, it is giving you the right to use my designs in your small business.

YOU MUST purchase a separate license for EACH PRODUCT that you would like to use in your business including photobook and DVD-covers templates. (This license does NOT include the actual products themselves).

All graphics and all products you are purchasing licenses for are protected by copyright laws and are the property of Jasmin-Olya Designs and are licensed to you to use in your small business, they are NOT sold to you, and they are NOT your property and NOT your designs.

 

You MAY NOT use coupon codes, gift certificates or any discounts while purchasing this product. If you do, it will violate the terms of this license and the license will become void.



By purchasing this license you agree to adhere to these terms as follows:


• Use of a single product per license purchased for your photography or other small business (including cards, invitations, crafts, or announcements);

• The finished design is supplied in a flattened JPG or PNG format (if provided digitally), or printed;

Under the terms of this license
* YOU MAY create layouts or other craft items for clients to be delivered to the client in printed or flattened .jpg form.

* YOU MAY use my designs for an "online" scrap for hire business including online stores like Etsy.com or online auctions like Ebay.com, but not for sell my designs as is
*YOU MAY create one page, card, invite etc… and sell it to multiple clients.
*YOU MAY use my designs to create quick pages for sale at any online store, blog, or auction sites.


*Your client MUST NOT recieve the layered version of the layout or individual elements.
*You MAY NOT use my quickpages or brag book pages (Scraps to Share) in your Scrap for Hire work.
